Like Luke, I knew early on that accountancy was the career path for me. After leaving school, I passed my ACCA exams and subsequently worked for accountancy practices both large and small, in accountancy and audit roles.

In recent years, the move towards digital tax and cloud-based accountancy services has given many clients a greater real-time understanding of how their business is doing. Whilst this has automated many aspects, it has also brought us closer to many of our clients, not only dealing with the queries but also offering advice on the basis of the reports generated.

When at home, I like sewing and cooking, but given the opportunity to travel you could just as easily find me snowboarding!
